Terri Schroeder has performed a variety of support roles at Scott Williams Appraisal Inc. since 1988. In addition to being our primary commercial market researcher, for the last 20 years, she has managed our residential department.
Ms. Schroeder works on residential appraisal intake, quotes fees, schedules appointments, performs market research and produces residential appraisal reports. She tracks assignments from start to finish and answers client questions about the progress of the appraisal.
For all except technical valuation questions, she is our firm’s primary contact for residential appraisal assignments. |
